Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. This excludes items that may come in direct contact with your body, such as perfume, cologne, massagers, etc. Some orders for discounted items also may not qualify for returns.
You should expect to receive your refund/credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier, however, in many cases you will receive a refund/credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days); in the case where a store credit is issue, you may access your store credit immediately.
* Store credit is issue in the form of a code that may be applied to your next order. This is a one time use code and can be applied to only one (1) order.
Return Requests (RMA)
You can request a RMA# by visiting our returns page (Please note: only 1 request per order is allowed).
1) Enter your IntiMD order#.
2) Enter the email address used during checkout.
You can track your RMA Requests by following the steps above.
Confirmation and instruction emails will be sent once the Return Request is received.
All RMA# issued is only valid within 5 business days from the date it was issued. All returns shipped with an expired RMA# or/and shipped without a RMA# will incur a 10% handling fee.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All shipments will be shipped via USPS.
To ensure you have the best shopping experience with IntiMD, in some cases your package will be shipped with Signature Required. If you cannot accept packages without signature, please make sure to let us know by annotating it on your order's comments.
